Never mind we thought, we'll get our friend Andrew Rae to illustrate a book of our adventures, and we'll put it out with loads of the tunes that we've written together.
Andrew has created a book of 20 illustrated postcards, each one depicting a chapter in the history of Transparent Sound. Contained in the book will be 2 CDs, filled with the best tracks we've recorded over the last 18 years. So essentially, its a best of compilation, but it comes with a fantastic book to enjoy whilst listening to the music.
In order to get this released, we're offering you a chance to get involved by helping us to raise the necessary funds, and in return recieving signed books and CDs, exclusive badges and T shirts, plus the chance to get some VIP treatment from us at the Launch party in May! We've set up a page on a web site called Kickstarter, which helps get creative projects like Memories of Us get off the ground. Check out our project page, and if you like the look of what we're up to, please share the link with your friends, as the more people we can get involved the better! HERE"S THE LINK! http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/transparentsound/memories-of-us-1
You can follow us on Twitter @TransparentSoun if you like, and we also have a facebook page for up to the minute updates on what we're up to.
